Ms. López is a first year attorney with personal experience navigating the complex immigration system. She is fluent in Spanish. As an immigrant herself, she is devoted to providing ethical and compassionate immigration representation. She is a recent graduate of McGeorge School of Law, having previously earned her BA at the University of California at Berkeley. She is the first in her family to become a lawyer, and is licensed to practice law through the California State Bar.
Ms. López was an avid participant of the McGeorge Immigration Law Clinic, where she represented clients under the direct supervision of an immigration attorney. She met with clients from the beginning of their interaction with the legal clinic, and conducted client interviews in order to identify and resolve legal issues. She also developed and implemented a case plan for each client. Her work included petitions for alien relative and asylum applications with USCIS.
She lives in mid-town Sacramento with her fiancé, and when not working enjoys spending time with her family and pet cat.
