Kevin W. Harris obtained his undergraduate degree at Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa. Afterwards, he moved to California and attended the McGeorge School of Law. He has been a licensed member of the California State Bar since 1988.
Mr. Harris began his career by working for the Mastagni Law Firm in Sacramento, CA. There, he represented police officers on employment and other civil law related matters. Mr. Harris has also worked for the San Joaquin County Superior Court, where he advised judges on legal issues, changes in the law, and drafted advisory opinions.
At the Friedman Law Firm, Mr. Harris focuses on civil law issues, with an emphasis on personal injury. He is a skilled negotiator who, over his career, has recovered millions for clients in lawsuits against government entities, private companies, and individuals who have caused harm. Mr. Harris’ greatest asset is his tenacity. He is dedicated to achieving the highest level of success for his clients, and is not afraid to put in the hours required to understand the individual and unique aspects of every case.
