I acquired this boat (and several other boats) along with the purchase of a home.
I had originally intended to have a mechanic survey the boat, get her running, freshen the interior, and then sell on Craigslist. However, I do not have time for yet another project. I am willing to sell the boat “as-is” to allow someone else the opportunity to either do those things and flip the boat, or keep it for their personal enjoyment. I would imagine that if everything was corrected, the boat could easily fetch $12,000 during the boating season.
THE GOOD:
- The overall structure of the boat seems fine. The deck does not bow or flex when you walk on it.
- Pontoons have no obvious signs of damage.
- Metal structure for Bimini top is in-tact.
- Has Tracker Marine (Mercury) 40hp outboard engine.
- Includes a trailer, which looks to be in good shape.
- Boat is large 25′ and from an established manufacturer, Tracker Marine.
THE BAD:
- I have not made any attempts to start the boat. It has sat for some period of time, so the gas tank will need to be drained and refilled with fresh gas. Boat will need a new battery.
- The Bimini top fabric is torn, and will need to be sewn back together or replaced.
- The upholstery is torn/worn in many places. A complete brand-new interior can be had for little money:

- The carpet could benefit from a deep cleaning, or replacement.
- I don’t know how old the tires are for the trailer. None of them appear to have any obvious defects, but purchaser will have to exercise car to make sure that the trailer is roadworthy.
As the boat was bundled with the purchase of a home, I do not have any information about the vessel’s history. I assume that it was used only in fresh water, locally in Sacramento.
Asking $4500 OBO
