Multiple DUI Offender Dismissed – Placer Case 61-142868

On August 4, 2016 Placer County District Attorney dismissed all charges against a Friedman Law Firm client. Attorney Ryan Friedman successfully argued that the State’s evidence could not be introduced at trial because the prosecution was no longer able to secure the necessary witnesses. Client was self-employed and a faced a punishment of 1 year county jail, which would have devastated his business and his family’s livelihood.
